Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's time as a DC superhero might be one and done.
With all the shakeups at DC Studios after James Gunn was named co-head, no one is apparently safe. Henry Cavill recently announced that he's out as Superman, and now The Rock, whose Black Adam has underwhelmed at the box office this year, says he "will not be in their first chapter of storytelling."
Still, the door isn't closed to his return. On social media, The Rock wrote that DC and his own Seven Bucks Productions "have agreed to continue exploring the most valuable ways Black Adam can be utilized in future DC multiverse chapters."
