The last known unreleased studio song from The Doors is finally getting released.

It's the title track to Paris Blues, a blues-themed vinyl compilation from the band due out on Record Store Day's Black Friday event on November 25th. The song was written and recorded during either the sessions for The Soft Parade or L.A. Woman. The master tape was lost and the only surviving copy was given to Doors’ keyboardist Ray Manzarek. This copy was partially damaged by his then young son Pablo, who recorded over a few short parts. Rhino Records says the track has been readied for release "through some creative editing."

The rest of Paris Blues includes two previously unreleased live recordings of Jim Morrison and Robby Krieger performing as a duo at a benefit for Norman Mailer’s mayoral campaign on May 31, 1969 in West Hollywood, two outtakes from The Soft Parade sessions and three Albert King covers from 2010's Live in Vancouver 1970 album.
