Steelers QB Mason Rudolph Ruled Out for Sunday's Game Against The Chargers

Pittsburgh Steelers v Green Bay Packers

Steelers QB Mason Rudolph has been ruled out for the game against the Chargers this Sunday night. That means Devlin "Duck" Hodges is expected to make his first NFL start.

Rudolph is still in the concussion protocol, and has not been cleared to play yet. There's no word on when he might be able to return.

The Steelers have promoted QB Paxton Lynch and RB Trey Edmunds to the 53-man roster. They also released LB Jayrone Elliott and G Fred Johnson.
